Here's what I posted yesterday when the news first broke:

Sorry, but it's not about the Birth Certificate (BC). His father wasn't an American citizen by BO's own admission - both parents must be either born or naturalized US Citizens. Even so, this image looks fake - even a manual typewriter can't create discrepancies in type & font positions that look this out of wack. And the background paper looks too pristine-clean - even modern. Sorry but I just can't drink the cool aid this early in the morning.

One day later there's already evidence of forgery flowing in from everywhere as follows:

Examples:

1) A techie-friend of mine on FB (Israel Anderson) wrote on his FB wall: "So I downloaded the birth certificate. Opened it in illustrator. They forgot to "flatten" the image, because all of the layers and group selections of the composite image are clearly still intact. I was not a birther, but this is kinda obvious. The document is a complete fraud."

Be sure to read through some of the comments underneath this video such as:

"The hospital Obama was born in 1961 was called Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital. The hospital name didn’t change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. Obama's men are so incompetent even at lying. Obama should have just shut up. Now the whole world knows the photocopy of birth certificate he issued is a fake."

3) Here's the underlying image layer of Obama's long form birth certificate that another individual techie-friend of mine sent me which refers to this say "layering effect"

Here are the comments my friend shared about this:

"Interesting thing happened when I copied the image from a PDF I downloaded from CBS NEWS, I believe.

It looks like a document that was cleaned up before the wanted information was inserted.

This could all be a red herring because if he was adopted and went to school in a country that did not have duel citizenship, he is not allowed to be president. Why would tey spend 2 million to fight a lawsuit?"

I also opened the PDF file in Adobe Illustrator. Yes, there are layers! I guess someone forgot to flatten the file when they were finished creating it. :) In addition to the seamless background pattern, it also appears to have been created by someone who is unfamiliar with using a typewriter. These documents were typed and the left edge of type would line up after a carriage return, not centered in the field. Field #s 8, 10, 13 and 15 would line up.

5) Simple question: Why did the Associated Press release a black & white version?

6) Kenya (listed as Obama's father's nation of birth) wasn't called Kenya in 1961. It was the British East Africa Protectorate. It was not known as "Kenya" until 1963.

7) In 1961, the hospital Obama was born in was NOT named the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital , as shown on the above certificate. In 1961, the hospital Obama was born in was named the Kauaikeolani Children's Hospital. It did not change its name to the Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until it merged with the Kapiolani hospital system in 1978.

8) If the original document was in a bound volume (as reflected by the curvature of the left hand side of the certificate), how can thegreen patterned background of the document's safety paper be so seamless?

I believe this is because the safety paper was run through the copier to receive the image and was not subject to any distortion because of the binding of the original.

9) The “Signature of Local Registrar” in box 21 may be a desperate attempt at establishing the document’s Hawaiian authenticity. Note to forgers: It is spelled “Ukulele.”

It does not look like "Ukulele" to me because it appears to end in two "e's" More significant to me is that there is a different signature for the Local Registrar on the Nordyke birth certificate which was signed three days later. That registrar is a "Patricia L. Ygnai__"

10) David A. Sinclair, the M.D. who purportedly signed the document, died nearly eight years ago at age 81. So he is conveniently unavailable to answer questions about Obama’s reported birth.
